Terms of Service
The short version
Read the product page before you buy, make sure it fits your setup, keep your key to yourself, and follow the rules of the games you play. Need help? Ask us in Discord first.
1. Agreement
By buying from Hollowed Code you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order. Completing checkout counts as acceptance.
2. Know what you are buying
Before you buy, read the product page and check the Status page. You are responsible for making sure the product supports your game, game version, operating system and hardware. Ask in our Discord before buying if you are unsure. Not understanding a product, or buying the wrong one, is not a reason for a refund.
3. Digital products
All products are digital and delivered electronically, usually to the email entered at checkout. Delivery happens right after payment clears, except PayPal orders, which are accepted and sent manually by our team. Once a product has been delivered, the purchase is complete.
4. License and use
Each purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license for the plan you chose. You may not resell, share, redistribute, copy, reverse engineer or modify our products, keys or files. Sharing a key or account can lead to it being revoked without a refund.
5. Third-party games and services
Our products are used with games and software owned by other companies. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher. You are responsible for following the terms of any game or platform you use, and you accept that publishers may take action on your account. Hollowed Code is not responsible for bans, suspensions, lost progress or other account actions.
6. Updates and availability
Game updates can stop a product from working for a time. We work to update products quickly, and the Status page shows each product's current state. Time lost while a product is updating is not guaranteed to be refunded or extended.
7. Refunds and chargebacks
Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may lead to your license being revoked and future purchases being blocked. Please open a Discord ticket so we can help first.
8. Payments
Payments are processed by SellAuth and the payment provider you choose. Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time. Coupon and affiliate codes apply only where accepted at checkout.
9. Use at your own risk
Products are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Hollowed Code is not liable for any indirect or resulting loss or damage from using, or being unable to use, a product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page applies to new orders from the date it is posted.

Refund Policy
The short version
All sales are final. A refund is only considered if the product doesn't work for a reason we haven't already stated, and we can't fix it. Every request is reviewed, and we may approve or deny it depending on the reason.
1. All sales are final
All Hollowed Code products are digital and delivered right after payment. Because of this, all sales are final, except in the one case described below.
2. The only reason a refund may be considered
A refund may be considered only if the product does not work, and the reason it does not work is not something already stated on the product page, the Status page or in our Terms of Service. You must also give our team a fair chance to fix the problem through a Discord ticket first.
3. What does not qualify
Refunds are not given for: changing your mind; buying the wrong product or plan; a game, version, system or hardware the product page does not list as supported; buying a product that was marked as updating or unavailable at the time; downtime after a game update; bans, suspensions or other account actions taken by a game publisher; problems caused by your own system or software; or any breach of our Terms of Service, such as sharing or reselling a key.
4. Our right to decide
Every request is reviewed case by case. Hollowed Code has the full right to approve or deny any refund request depending on the reason given and what our team finds. We may also offer a replacement, a fix, or extra time instead of a refund. Our decision is final.
5. How to request a refund
Open a ticket in our Discord at discord.gg/hollowed as soon as the problem happens. Include your order ID, the email used at checkout, the product and plan, and a clear description of the issue, with screenshots or a short video if you can. Requests without this information may be denied.
6. How approved refunds are paid
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible. Payment provider fees and crypto network fees may not be refundable. If a refund is approved, the product license is revoked.
7. Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. Disputes opened without contacting us first may lead to your license being revoked and future purchases being blocked.

We may update this policy at any time. The version on this page applies to orders placed from the date it is posted.
